- The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened.
- A screenshot or small sample that demonstrates the issue, if you can share one.
Use a synthetic or anonymized example. Please keep patient information, confidential research, and other sensitive data out of support messages.

Oxel’s launch version is free to use. If it helps your work, you can leave an optional one-time tip to support continued development. A tip does not unlock features and is not required to use the free version.
Stripe handles checkout. The suggested amount is $5 USD, and you can choose your own amount.
